3. Booking and Payment

• Booking: All services must be booked in advance. A booking form must be completed, and a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• Product Reactions: While we use high-quality products, we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities that may occur during or after the makeup application.
• Damage: We are not responsible for any damage to clothing, accessories, or personal items during the makeup or hairstyling process. Clients should be mindful of their attire during the appointment.
• Event Day Delays: We strive to provide a timely and professional service. However, we are not liable for any delays caused by external factors such as weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Photos and Social Media
By booking our services, you grant us permission to take photos and videos of your makeup and hairstyle for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your photos shared, please notify us before the service.

8. Professional Conduct
We are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all clients. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service in such cases.
